To accommodate the increased requests for plasma cutting projects, we have ordered a new 10ft x 24ft high definition plasma table complete with the newest technology available.  The new table will have a 5 axis head allowing us to bevel plate.  It is a dual head bridge consisting of a plasma head and an oxy-fuel head which will allow us to cut a wider range of material thicknesses.  The new design technology will give a more precise cut and also has the option available for a drilling head to be installed.

Our newest acquisition for our shop has opened some doors for projects we were unable to previously handle.  WE have replaced our 1000 Ton press brake with a new Accupress 1500 Ton.  The bed is still 24ft long but the new technology has an adjustable lower die and auto crowning.  This adjusts for deflection occurring on larger formed sections requiring high tonnage.
